By DAQIN mobile phone sticker machine, you can produce custom mobile cases for any brand mobile phone, such as the newly released Samsung Galaxy S6. Please check the detailed making process as below.
Firstly, open the software of 3D DAQIN mobile beauty master on computer. Select the template of Samsung Galaxy s6 case. Kindly note, it’s the template for mobile cases, not the mobile phone itself.
And then upload your custom picture to the software. Slightly drag the picture to the middle of the template to make it looks better.
Secondly, print out the design by 6 colors inkjet printer such as Epson 1390 or Epson R330. Other brand inkjet printer is also OK as long as it uses ordinary water based dye ink. CISS system can save cost for each printing so you can use it instead of original cartridge.
Thirdly, laminate a thin layer of lamination effect film on the well-printed custom design film for making it water proof as well as adding special texture such as matte, glossy, ice-flower, leather, 3D water drops, twill, gridding, flash-matte…etc.
Fourthly, cut the film into custom stickers by the cutter. The cutting process can be finished within 10 seconds.
At last, peel off the sticker from the backing paper, and then manually apply it on the mobile case of Samsung Galaxy S6.
